Frequently asked questions

How do I report a bug in one of your apps?

Email support@apexoltd.com with the app name, the device you're using, your iOS or Android version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots or a screen recording help us reproduce the issue faster.

How do I request a refund for an in-app purchase?

Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, please use the Play Store refund flow. If you've already gone through the store process and still need help, contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

How do I delete my account or my data?

Most of our apps include an in-app option to delete your account and the data associated with it. If you can't find that option, email support@apexoltd.com from the address linked to your account and we'll process your deletion request.

I have a privacy or data concern. Who do I contact?

Privacy questions can be sent to support@apexoltd.com. You can also read our full Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use and protect your information.
