Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 May 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Apexo LTD ("Apexo", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit apexoltd.com (the "Website") or contact us. Individual mobile applications published by Apexo LTD may have their own privacy policies provided within the app or its App Store / Google Play listing — those policies apply in addition to this one.

1. Information We Collect

We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. We collect:

  • Information you provide directly — such as your name, email address and message content when you contact us at support@apexoltd.com.
  • Technical information — limited server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp) collected by our hosting provider for security, abuse prevention and performance monitoring.

The Website does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts or social media pixels.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we receive to:

  • Respond to enquiries and support requests.
  • Operate, secure and improve the Website.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Legal Bases (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)

Where data protection law applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Legitimate interests — to operate the Website securely and respond to enquiries.
  • Consent — where you voluntarily contact us.
  • Legal obligation — where required by applicable law.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate the Website (for example, hosting and email delivery), and only to the extent strictly necessary for them to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation or legal process.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website does not set advertising cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be used by our hosting provider for security and basic functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain email correspondence and related records only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and to comply with applicable legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

7. International Transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside of the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. When personal data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, to portability and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@apexoltd.com. If you are in the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

9. Children

The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against accidental loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the Website.
